Salad Dressing
Mix 1/3 cup lemon juice, 3 Tbl. sugar, 2 Tbl. finely chopped shallots, 2 tsp. olive oil and 1/4 tsp. salt. This is fantastic on mixed greens with sliced beets, crumbled feta and chopped walnuts.
