Donna is a long-time Foodie and studied cooking in Italy, New York and Orange County (CA). Ken is the Winesnoop and was on the Elmer Dills Show for many years doing restaurant reviews and wine commentary. He also wrote reviews for Orange Coast Magazine. Together they operated Orange County Cooking School from their home for seven years. Vacations are often planned around restaurant/food destinations.

We have tried the Bruery and enjoyed both the beer and the food. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful – just wish the food had a little more variety, but it’s great for a casual afternoon stop.
